چکیده

Abstract Back Ground Hypertension and its cardiovascular complications as myocardial infarction are the leading causes of morbidity mortality worldwide. Reperfusion strategies current standard therapy but they result in cardiac ischemia reperfusion injury. Stem cell transplantation has emerged a promising therapeutic strategy showed many beneficial effects different medical disorders reno-vascular hypertension. Aim Work To assess possible protective bone marrow derived mesemchymal stem cells treatment on ischemic/reperfused hearts hypertensive rats. Materials & Methods 49 adult female Wistar albino rats, were allocated into three main groups: control group, untreated (Ht-u) group (Ht-SCs) treated group. Body weight, arterial blood pressure, ECG recording, isolated heart study with exposure to injury fluorescence imaging labeled MSCs heart, aorta liver performed. Plasma lipid profile, nitric oxide, MDA SOD levels estimated. Cardiac tissues weighed. Heart, histopathologically assessed. Results Ht-SCs demonstrated significant increase body weight gain %, decrease R voltage, SBP, DBP MAP sixth week values compared HT-u showing non-significance from control. Significant rate basal all non-significant PT/LVW detected Basal TPT HRT significantly shortened MFR/LVW was increased than being non-significantly changed denoting systolic diastolic function improvement.TPT prolongation after IR lower HT-SC This accompanied by atherogenic index, plasma nitrites, SOD. BM-MScs aortic tissues. Conclusion Single injection exerted anti-hypertensive anti-hypertrophic effects, reduced dysfunction improved coronary flow through homing mitigating endothelial exerting angiogenic anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory anti-apoptotic effects.

Effects of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells-Conditioned Medium on Tibial Partial Osteotomy Model of Fracture Healing in Hypothyroidism Rats

Background: Hypothyroidism is associated with dysfunction of the bone turnover with reduced osteoblastic bone formation and osteoclastic bone resorption. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) secrete various factors and cytokines that may stimulate bone regeneration.  The aim of this study was to determine the effects of MSCs-conditioned medium (CM) in hypothyroidism male rats after inducing bone ...

P47: Effects of Adipose Derived Stem Cells Transplantation on Locomotor Activity and Imbalance in Parkinson Model of Rats

Parkinson disease is a neurological disorder accompanied by degeneration of dopaminergic system and neuronal loss. Recently studies have focused on stem cells therapy, therefore the goal of this study was to investigate the effect of adipose derived stem cells grafting, on locomotion and imbalance in Parkinson model of rats. Twenty-four male Wistar rats weighing 200-250 g were divided into thre...

Protective effects of long-term administration of Ziziphus jujuba fruit extract on cardiovascular responses in L-NAME hypertensive rats

Objective: Ziziphus jujuba stimulates the release of nitric oxide (NO).  Because NO is involved in cardiovascular regulations, in this study the effects of hydroalcoholic extract of Z. jujuba on cardiovascular responses in acute NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) hypertensive rats were evaluated. Materials and Methods: Rats were divided into 6 group (n=6): 1) saline, 2) L-NAME received (...
